I’m Sarah, the founder of Wolfgang Studio
I’ve spent two decades designing kitchens in the Des Moines area, and I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the right space can be. The old saying, "the kitchen is the heart of the home," has never rung truer. It’s the place where life unfolds—where meals are shared, stories are told, and the most unexpected memories are made.
I started Wolfgang Studio to challenge conventional kitchen design and open up a world of possibilities for homeowners in this community. Together, we’ll bring your biggest dreams to life—whether that’s a space where family dinners feel seamless, or one that wows guests the moment they step in.

Support Team
Mike – Warehouse Manager
The backbone of our operations, Mike keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from Latimer, IA, he now calls Madrid home, where he fuels his day with coffee (extra cream) and inspiration from his family and co-workers.
Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing or perfecting his smoked meat recipes. If he weren’t managing our warehouse, he’d be running his dream BBQ trailer, serving up mouthwatering smoked dishes. We’re lucky to have his hardworking spirit on the team!
Sales & Design Team
Tara – Sales & Design
Tara is all about thoughtful design and intentional living. Whether she’s creating cabinetry layouts or dreaming up new concepts, she brings creativity and passion to every project.
Her coffee style? Black—simple and classic. But when she wants a little treat, she opts for a lavender or honey latte. Inspired by nature, travel, and holistic living, Tara dreams of getting paid to travel the world, soaking up all the good vibes. Fun fact: At age three, she was a Make-A-Wish kid and experienced the magic of Disneyland with her family.
Britta – Sales & Design
Britta grew up in Story City and now lives outside Elkhart, bringing her down-to-earth approach and design expertise to every project. She loves helping clients create spaces that feel like home.
Her coffee order? Hot in the winter, iced in the summer—always with a splash of oat milk. Inspired by her incredible mom and powerhouse friends, she lives with purpose and intention. Fun fact: she’s one of eight siblings (and seven of them are brothers!). If she weren’t in design, she’d be renovating homes, horseback riding, and living her best life as an animal momma.
